"My asthma was so bad that I couldn't go into bars where
you could still smoke, so I couldn't play. I'm working with this
net that the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians provides me.
Straightening up the asthma allowed me to get back out there and
start playing again. I have a career because of them. I'm alive
because of them. I'm sane because of them." - Chris Gates

limited psychiatric services; therapy for children and adolescents;

all musical genres, races and ethnicities who meet the eligibility
requirements. Even those who don't meet the requirements can find
support through SIMS via information on other beneficial community
